What payment methods do you accept?

All major debit and credit cards, plus PayPal. All prices are in pounds sterling.

Do my plans renew automatically?

Yes, monthly, so your world doesn’t disappear. We email you a reminder before every renewal, and you can cancel in one click from the client area.

Can I cancel and get a refund?

If you’re a UK consumer, you can cancel within 14 days of your first order. Because your server starts straight away at your request, we refund the unused portion of that period. After that, you can cancel at any time and your server runs until the end of the period you’ve paid for.

Can I upgrade or downgrade?

Yes. Upgrades take effect straight away and you pay the pro-rata difference. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal.

What happens if a payment fails?

We email you and keep your server running for 3 days. After that it is suspended, and it is deleted after 14 days. Download a backup if you’re leaving.
